Doesn't Interfere w/my Ice Skating. Runs a little Small
These seem to be sold under different brands on Amazon. I like that they weren't too long, but I did find they ran a bit tight. That's why I only gave 4 stars (versus 5). I ordered the MEDIUM, and I am 5'4", 116 lbs. So I'm an average size for a small adult, and they were a bit tight. They do work REALLY well. They don't touch when I cross-over my legs for skating, and they don't interfere with any of the moves I do. The protection is great.

Comfortable and effective
I purchased these knee pads to train in jiu jitsu to reduce the stress on my knee joints. They stay in place well and are very cushioned to reduce impact. I have knee sleeves and braces but these are the absolute best for activities requiring weight bearing or impact on the knees and are 1/4 the price of other options.

Better Cushion than Most Kneepads
I bought these as basketball kneepads for my volleyball player. Their Nike Streak pads they use for volleyball are thinner and the pad wears out right in the center of the knee cap. These Shinestone pads have seamed sections, allowing for a more dense pad and protection. They are easy to run in, and have paid off when tripped and landing kneecap first on the court. I ordered a white pair to wear for volleyball because these Shinestone pads offer that much more protection.

Quality is acceptable
Disappointedly there is no anti-slippery design as described and the cushion is rather not very durable. But overall is comfortable

Perfect for wrestling
My son broke his patella a few years ago and needed something more than a knee sleeve to cushion is while he is wrestling. This has worked great. The padding is nice , there are no metal bars and it doesn't slide around during the match which is a huge plus.

Fits well, not too bulky
I use these because my skin is very thin (because of a medical condition and the drugs that I'm taking) and this protects me when I bump my knee into things. It's protective and light and flexible enough to be pleasant to wear.

My son is a wrestler and he uses these daily. He says they’re super helpful, he hasn’t complained since he got them lol. And washable!!!
