Bought my kitchen hero 2 years ago now the element doesn't turn on where can I buy the element for my air fryer?

I broke the glass bowl to this and someone was going to see about sending their bowl but haven't heard back. If IO don't get a response I am willing to give you mine if you pay the shipping costs. I have only used it a handful of times.

Any way to get replacement parts?? I broke my glass bowl and can't find any information to assist me in accessory replacement. Thank you

Best of luck I burnt the element couldn’t find any replacement I’m not sure if I have the parts or not I will check if I have mine I can send the glass to you if you want if your willing to pay for the postage

Outlet issue mystery

Our outlets are typical for any American home. The devise flipped the circut box fuse. Since the wattage is no worse than a blow dryer I feel it shouldn't have done that in our kitchen. We found an outlet that worked in the laundry room that also functions as an auxillary kitchen space for outdoor parties. We tried the first recipe in their cookbook which was a garlic and lemon zest flavored breading for chicken breast nuggets. It was delicious.
