I've been using this multivitamin, if i had to guess, 8 months to a year now. I tried a different brand and immediately after a week, didn't feel like I had the same results. I feel like they keep me healthy and also with the added probiotics, easy on my gut and digestive health. As long as they keep making these, I will purchase! Reasonably priced also...for 75 around $20-$30 thats 2 months worth. I like that it's straight forward, gives you all the nutrients without missing some or having more/less daily value. They come in capsulated, so no bad taste or weird aftertaste... really no taste at all! Also only having to take 1 daily, verses 3-4 is very nice. Highly recommend!

I might have to subscribe to this my granddaughter really likes it. She said that it really gives her a boost and that she has so much energy now I told her just listen to her body and when she needs to, if she’s getting sluggish to stop it for a while and then restart. The stuff is good. It’s wholesome and vegan and that’s what I like about it. And it’s natural.

After research I found the very best quality Multivitamin for Women. I only add A good quality Omega-3 capsule. I am assured I am getting all my body needs. Easy to take and no side effects. I should have been added a review for these vitamins, but here goes I'm a 36 year old Black Woman and I always try different multivitamins and a lot of them don't seem to agree with my body from the high quality food based ones in Whole Foods to the my local retail stores. That being said these vitamins here never lets me down. I have sustained energy,they don't mess with my digestion and they overall have great ingredients. Amazon and other Merchants seemed to been out of stock for a couple of months. I'm pleased to see that they're back in stock, because I'm having trouble trying to find a substitute that does what these vitamins do for me. I recently purchased Mary Ruth Peach Mango Multivitamin with Lustriva. Although its an amazing vitamin I noticed chest pains whenever I take it (only 3 days) Im not taking it anymore I wish I had known these were in stock before purchasing Mary Ruth on Tik Tok. Disclaimer( not judging Mary Ruth product I think she is a reputable company my particular body just can't seem to handle her vitamin.) I really like these Garden of Life Raw One vitamins and feel they work great. They’re easy to take, gentle on my stomach, and I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall energy. The ingredients are high quality, which is what originally drew me to them. The only downside is the smell — it genuinely reminds me of dog food. It doesn’t affect how they work, but it’s definitely noticeable every time I open the bottle. Overall, despite the strange smell, they’re effective and I do like them.

Amazing multivitamin!! I've been using this multivitamin for years and years now. It is packed with amazing RAW vitamins. This particular multivitamin is exceptional for the female reproductive system (RAW One For Women). It gives you piece of mind knowing you are doing everything you can to keep your reproductive system working to the best of it's ability. If you plan to start a family in the future I highly recommend this product. Even if you aren't, you still want a healthy system and body. Being a completely RAW multivitamin your body is able to absorb the nutritional properties it provides. I have a hard time taking vitamins. They make me nauseous taking them with or without food. Some I can't keep down at all. This is not at all the case with RAW One For Women. I take them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with a full 8oz glass of water. Which is important to dissolve the multivitamin so it doesn't just sit like a lump in your stomach. This method (on empty stomach) is not recommended. They recommend taking it with food. But this just works best for me. They give you lots of energy and they help flush out toxins. If I drink water all day it uses the water to my benefit. If I drink diet pepsi or any soft drink it immediately flushes it out of my body making me use the restroom right away. While being gentle on your stomach they surely pack a punch assuring you are getting the RAW vitamins your body needs in just one gelatin tablet. I'm not one for taking supplements but because it's RAW and there aren't any fillers, I make the exception. If you run out your body really feels the lack thereof. This is not a payed ad. I buy them and use them strictly because they work. There are many varieties for the loved ones in your life, young and not so young. So start taking them and recommending them today.
