Perfect Folding Hinges – Stable and Easy to Use
I bought these for a floor table that we use occasionally and wanted the legs to fold so the table could be stored away easily when not in use. These hinges are exactly what I was looking for. They are very easy to unlock, yet feel solid and stable when locked in place. The hinges hold the weight of the table extremely well and stay securely locked during use. A perfect product for small projects and DIY tables. Highly satisfied with this purchase.

100% better than regular hinges
Seems to work great. Just put two on My work table haven't used it any yet. Going to use two more on a flip up table. After it warms up. I bought the package of 12. Latch works great. Locks in place. Easy to install. You will need a long bit or hand Phillips screw driver. I think they will work great. They did when I installed the two on my work table. Its a wing for my table saw for a wide piece of wood.

Great price and solid construction
I used these for legs on two light tables I made for kids at church. The price was much better than buying 2 sets of folding table legs. I did have to make a trip to the lumber store to get some 2x2"'s that I cut to length but I saved over $100 by doing this instead of the other option. They are really tight and can be difficult to move but after the legs are attached they move easily. You can pinch your fingers if you don't watch what you're doing so be careful while opening and closing. They were fairly easy to install and I recommend marking and predrilling holes in table legs first so they don't split.

Good but toss the screws
Great hinge. Locks and holds up well. But throw away the screws and get real ones. Use #8. 3/4 or 1”….

Heavy duty, mounting screw hole access is available, but first open or close the hinge.
Heavy gauge steel, a bit stiff at first, but that will smoothen itself over time. Some reviewers were complaining that the top mounting holes are obstructed by the locking mechanism and springs. Don't listen to them, they clearly don't know much about DIY or mounting hardware in general. The holes are indeed obstructed when the hinge is in open position (duh!). All you have to do is to close it and the top two holes become fully exposed. So yes, this thing will take a thought or two to figure out the sequence of steps and what you mount first, second, third, etc... Just dry fit it all first, pay attention how far beyond the top of the hinge your leg will extend, then think through your steps in chronological order. It's a good hinge. The screws are merely OK (I'd replace them, with something heavier gauge), but they are serviceable. Pre-drill pilot holes into your wood too for splintering prevention. It's a good set of hinges and I'm looking forward to mounting folding legs on my murphy bed and mounting fake light lamps as a decoration to hide the leg itself. This is precisely what I was looking for.

Hinges ok, screws are complete trash
I got this for my DIY table I made with 2x4s and 1x8 pine boards. If you plan to buy this, do NOT use the screws that come with the kit. It's complete garbage. They are small, and they are so flimsy. Every single screw I tried snapped at the head when tightening - same result with an impact driver, low power screw driver, manually screw driver. Ended up using 1" wood screws I had on hand and that worked perfectly. The locking and folding mechanism worked the several times I tried. Hopefully it will hold up.

Surprisingly solid. I used them for legs of a Dias (stage) only challenge was that if you have long lengs, they prevented it from locking shut (about 20 inches) At one point I tipped the stage onto a leg and the screws pulled out of the wood rather than these units being damaged.

Product was very difficult to open/close while holding 1/2 of a 3/4" sheet of plywood in the horizontal position. Excellent product, just not appropriate for my application.
