This is a great brand of lactose to use! It never lets me down and I’ve been using it for years. 1 tablet of this brand‘s 9000 dose works as well for me as 2 tablets of 9000 dose of other brands I’ve tried. I’m a customer of this brand of 9000 lactose tablets for life. Also, I find the price to be very good. I highly recommend this brand of 9000 dose to all!

I have been using these for years! I have had so much trouble over the years with finding a lactose tablet that truly worked. I found another brand that finally worked for me and I used them for a long time. But I have celiac disease and for some reason they stopped making them gluten free. I was so sure I was never going to find another one that worked that would also be gluten free. I decided to try these and I am so so happy with them. I will not use anything else.

I don’t usually write reviews, but these lactase pills honestly deserve a shoutout. I’m pretty lactose-intolerant — like, one accidental sip of a milkshake and it’s over for me — so I grabbed these hoping they’d at least help a little. And wow… they work so much better than I expected. I’ve taken them before eating things that would normally destroy me (ice cream, pizza, mac and cheese — basically all the good stuff), and I’ve had zero issues. It feels amazing to actually enjoy food again instead of calculating how much pain I’m signing up for. They’re super easy to take, too. Just pop one before eating and you’re good. No weird taste, no side effects, nothing complicated. Overall, these have become a permanent part of my life. If you’re lactose-intolerant or even just a little sensitive to dairy, these are absolutely worth it. Total game-changer.

Works

Several of my great-grandchildren are lactose sensitive/intolerant. They are all willing to take these pills before they drink milk or eat ice cream so they don't have the discomfort that accompanies eating or drinking foods containing significant lactose. The price of this product is much less that purchasing the name-brand equivalent at the grocery store or pharmacy. The delivery has always been within an acceptable time frame.

Been buying this for years works well for me

This is my first attempt to relieve lactose intolerance to milk products, primarily with breakfast cereal, without giving it up. The pills: I ended up needing two vs one to start with as recommended. The pills are about the size of an aspirin but are not coated so to me they were difficult to swallow right before your first bite of cereal and milk. They seemed to help alleviate the bloating, but not eliminate it, and the pent up gas in my gut that wants out later in the day has not gone away. You have to take the pills whole; otherwise I'd bite into them with my first spoonful of cereal and even increase the number to three to see if that made any difference.

Cheaper alternative to lacteeze & other tablets. However, if you walk around with them and they move around, they soon turn into a fine dust which can be annoying when going out & ending up with white dust in your handbag / pocket if they are not properly sealed. Other than that great and its a small inconvenience.

guys this saved me. I'm lactose intolerant and I actually live and breath for these enzymes lmao. I take 2 for anything with milk in, 1 tablet if its only a really small amount, and sometimes 3 if ive had a ton of milk (like an easter egg haha) super recommend to my other intolerant girls out there

I have tried a few. These are the best value for money, good strength and they definitely work. Will vary person by person as to how many you need to take. Easy to swallow and tasteless.
