Look great in my newly remodeled bathroom, glad I chose these. Classy look and very functional

I purchased two sink faucets for my two bathrooms. I had the faucets for almost three years. The faucets built quality is outstanding. The chrome finish still look like new. Recently, the aerators was restricting the water flow. I email customer service and described my water flow issue. Amy L. responded to my email and recommend to replace the aerators. Amazon will not shipped the aerators to my home address due to local law. Amy shipped the new aerators to me at no charge. The water flow has improved 100 percent. Amy has exceeded my expectation for customer service rating 5 stars. The faucets is made well made and the design is gorgeous. I recommend the product. You will not be disappointed. The customer service is outstanding.

UPDATE: A year and a half later and still no problems. I use these faucets daily and they still look and operate like the day I installed them . ORIGINAL POST: I bought two of these to replace the worn out faucets on my dual basin bathroom vanity. I was very surprised at the quality of these faucets when they arrived. At this price point, I was expecting alot of plastic and cheap finish, but all the parts were a hefty brass and the nickel finish was polished smooth on every surface and edge. The handles were silky smooth when I turned them, not rough or dragging like the cheap faucets. The pop-up drains.... GENIUS! The quick connects made installation a snap (quite literally). I bought two Price Fister faucets prior to these and all the parts plus the complicated instructions made it too much for me. I returned them to Home Depot and ordered these. I believe they said the manufacturer is a new company committed to build quality and from what I've seen, i believe them. I'll update this review after they've been thoroughly tested by my wife, kids, cats, and whoever else comes across them.

Nice faucet, looks slick and easy to install. Just make sure you have enough spacing Between the 3 holes or they won’t fit. Had to drill larger holes but made it work. Overall, solid buy.

I rarely give bad reviews to the stuff I bought, but this time I have to share my experience with this faucet set. At first, I was very happy when I received it, it was easy to install and looked stylish. After using it for a few months only, the quality problem happened. The surface finish started peeling off and the faucet started having stains that couldn’t be removed. I am disappointed with this product, wouldn’t recommend it. UPDATE: The customer service contacted me and solved my concerns; I much appreciate their response to solve the issues.

Based on the water damage caused to the new vanity by the cheap plastic seal permanently attached to the center spicket hose that split, would rate no stars. Purchase was bad decision, should have stuck with know/quality brands of Delta, Moen or Price Phister. AVOID - BAD QUALITY.

This faucet looks great and is easy to install. After six month's of use I noticed a small leak coming from around one of the faucet handles. I called their customer care number and immediately talked to a nice rep. Got an email from their warranty team the next day asking for a picture of the leak area. I sent them a picture that day and received a new complete faucet (sent from the U.S. not China) 5 days later. Now, that is what I call "great customer service!"

This product is nice but the ring broke 2 days after. So it end up leaking. We have to go home depot to get the ring. Would not recommend at all. Do not waste your money on this. Update on the review as of 1/15 Their team reach out to me and immediately replaced the broken one . They are very quick and willing to solve any issues you may have. Good communication and will recommend becausenif their good service.

Good sturdy faucet, quite simple installation but they started peeling pretty much right away! They are brushed nickle so its not as visible but still... We got 2 of these for the kids bathroom and were gonna get the same style in black for our master bath but now that we see what they look like after having them for several months we invested more $ into our black ones.
