Stays dry all night long!!
Great find for heavy night time wetting! My son has been wearing these for the past year and they have truly saved us. No matter what we did- cut out liquids before bed, multiple pre bed potty trips- he still was peeing A LOT at night. He’s just a hydrated little guy. We didn’t know what to do. Our neighbor told us about these pads and they’ve been a game changer! No more middle of the night wake ups and daily bedsheet/mattress pad changes. They fit easily into any diaper or pull up. Most importantly, they are super absorbent! Also passes the comfort test as he is sometimes sensitive to what he is wearing. One pad lasts all night long. He has not had any leakage since we began using them. Highly recommend!

Must read, honest review
Okay, so let me preface this by saying that I'm the next best thing to an expert when it comes to all things incontinence related. My son is disabled and at 13 years old, I have had the worst time finding products for overnight protection. He's 13, so that's a lot of urine. I used to refer to his room as the pee palace because no matter what, every morning, pee was soaked through all of the bedding and the stench was awful. I had to wash and bleach his bedding on a daily basis but the smell was almost impossible to get rid of. I was at my wits end with our urine problem. He receives incontinence care from a medical supply company and we have tried so many things through them, diapers, underpads, inserts (just like the sposies) you name it, been there and done it. Waking him for changes can't happen for other reasons. I've tried a lot of things from many companies online and I've honestly given up and was just facing the fact this is my urine soaked life. So I then randomly come across these by complete accident while shopping for infant diapers and I'm like, "what the heck, let's do it" because the reviews were hopeful. Hallelujah, these work. They work, they work, they work. Thank the gods!!! He hasn't peed through one breif since I started using these, not even a drop. They don't swell to massive size, they haven't irritated his sensitive skin like other brands ha e, they don't allow the smell to travel (added bonus that I didn't expect) they are easy and convenient, did I mention that they actually work? I don't know what kind of sorcery they use to make these but I am beyond grateful. No more pee palace!!

Absorbency
Our son had been peeing through his diaper since about 14 months old (when he started sleeping longer stretches at night). It of course would wake him up as he was soaked and so was his bed. After I would get everyone and everything dry he thought it was time to get up and party. Needless to say I was going down hill fast and I knew there had to be something out there that could help us. We weren't the only parents to have this issue. Like we all do I was scrolling through Tik ToK and saw these pop up on a Moms post! I thought there is no way that these little pads can help that much. HONEY LET ME TELL YOU! These pads are little miracle workers. They are worth every single penny. I know its another added expense but what I was spending in laundry detergent, time, and sanity I would purchase these at twice their price. We have not had any leakage since we started putting these in our guys diaper at night. I was also a little worried about how they would hold up with that much pee in them. Would they start to disintegrate or become "yucky" feeling to him. Not at all. They sort of just mesh in with his diaper once they get wet. I would recommend going up a size. For example our guy wears a size 5 diaper and we bought the 4-6/2T-5T and they work really well. We started with a size 4 (as some had recommended) and that wasn't enough. We also sized up in our night time diaper. All I know for sure is that I owe these little inserts my life!

Not one leaky diaper since!
I could not have better things to say!! Our 19th month old is a big water drinker. Hes been peeing through his diapers sometimes in the middle of the night and 9/10 mornings he'd wake up soaked. We tried different diaper brands, overnights & limiting water after dinner -- nothing helped. We are 8 days in and have not had one leaky diaper since using these!! Its VERY full but all stays in there. One suggestion i saw as well -- try to put it as close to the top front of the diaper as possible (esp with a boy) since most of the pee pools there. If youre questioning it, DO IT! they actually work. Thanks Sposie for saving our nights, mornings & laundry ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Works good but…..
This product is easy to use and stays in place all night. However, it hasn’t completely stopped our nighttime leaks. The pads are very thick and have helped some but not completely. I do think the price is very fair!

Tired of wet pajamas and bedding? Try these.
These pads work well for heavy wetters overnight. We tried several brands of overnight diapers with little to no success and some even caused a rash (most likely from chlorine processing which my daughter is sensitive to.) Thus, at night we use the same daytime diapers and apply a Sposie pad to the inside of the diaper for extra leak prevention. I have only used the Sposie pads with the adhesive strip and they seem to stay in place overnight, even with an active toddler who usually sleeps on her belly and moves frequently during the night. The adhesive strip runs the length of pad and is very thin, allowing for easy repositioning should the initial application be less than ideal. So far we have only had one incident where the Sposie pad and diaper allowed urine to seep through- even so, the bed itself remained dry and we did not get a 3am wake up call from our toddler as we would have previously. Until we began using the pads regularly, we went through several weeks of my toddler waking in the middle of the night (every night, sometimes more than once) due to her soaked pajamas and bedding. By the time I got her cleaned up, changed, and replaced the wet linen, we were both wide awake and had difficulty get back to sleep. Although it might help, we haven't had any luck encouraging our toddler to sleep on her back whatsoever. And limiting water prior to bedtime had no effect, either. In the past, it was helpful to go up a size in diapers but that did not seem to make a difference after her most recent growth spurt. The Sposie pads definitely do make a difference for the better. Now we can all get a much better night's sleep AND reduce our laundry, win-win! I just wish Sposie/Amazon would offer a Subscribe and Save purchase option to avoid running out accidentally since the local stores I regularly visit do not currently stock the Sposie pads. As long as my daughter is in diapers, we will be needing these pads for nighttime!
