**Q: are they water proof?**
A: No these are not marine.  Polk audio offers marine certified in there db series

**Q: Will these fit the roll bar in a 2003 jeep wrangler?  the ones i pulled out are reference infinity 5032.**
A: If you pulled out 6x9's another set of 6x9's should fit. Jeff.

**Q: What are the hole mounting measurements across?**
A: Sorry I can't help, I already mounted mine in my front doors, so far they sound real good. Also alot of newer cars have their own mounting design and parts, you may have to improvise.

**Q: do they come with grill covers ?**
A: Yes. Now the 4 inch dont.
