It doesn't go come out of sleep mode when I press any key. I changed windows settings to no avail and no other keyboards do this. How to do this?

Don't have that problem personally, but I suspect it is one of two things. Change the computer's bios so that the keyboard is seen as 'Legacy' or change the bios to allow 'wake on keyboard'. Either way, I think it is a bios setting that needs to be tweaked not windows itself. Best Wishes.

Where is the Fn equivalent key on this?

No need for Fn key for this. You just press the F1 to F12 . Fn key is when the top keys have a second function. In this case they have only one funtion. My laptop has Fn function key which I never need.

Are these keys considered "full travel" membrane? Manufacturer/supplier please answer

Sorry, don't know what you mean, but the keys are more like a typewriter. If you tend to "pound" on your keyboard, this is the one for you. Very durable.
