Design Toscano Trapezophoron Sculptural Winged Lion Pedestal

It really looks great. wish it was bigger. I use mine near the main entrance next to the stairs of my porch. We'll see how it stands up through the winter.

So worth the money. They transform my little apartment into a gothic mansion.

First off I want to say this is a lovely item. My first order was damaged - I had to send it back. Eventually, I received the item undamaged. Word of warning - it is implied this item can be placed outside in a garden; however, I did this (in Arizona mind you) and the base cracked due to the recent humidity/temp/weather changes. Overall, the item is nice, the whole process in returning the original damaged item was a pain - minus one star for that.

I loved the first one so much that I bought another, so they’d flank my entryway closet doors. The idea of the first was to act as kind of a catch-all table near the door. They add a bit of oddball/whimsical elegance, which I love. They are sturdy in my opinion, but treat them with care. The finish looks really good. Nice flat/matte finish that is slightly antiqued-looking. I only wish I’d known I’d want two — I could have saved $30 by ordering two at once. Oh well.

This looks like it could have been a relic with great features and nice size. I finished it with foe granite and turn out nice

Do I need to say more? Maybe. This is one of many items I have purchased from Design Toscano. I love their whimsical designs & quality, & customer service that can't be beat! Thanks for helping me make my house a magical wonderland!

First... it looks great, and is sufficiently weighty and therefore unlikely to be knocked over. Is as per photos and quoted dimensions. Second.... it was packed very well with good thicknesses of polystyrene foam, result.. arrived in perfect condition.

This piece is stunning. I ordered it for my bathroom - grey walls, pebbled mosaic tile floor - it fits in, looks regal and is stunning. I am delighted with this purchase. I also bought the Wings of Fury from Design Toscano - it is on the wall in the same room. These items are feature pieces and finish my bathroom.
