This EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 G5 was a great upgrade for my setup. I previously had a Gold standard power supply from another brand. It didn’t really stand the test of time.since i was using it for crypto mining. So I ended up buying this EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 G5 supply. Not only does it save me money because of its eco-switch it has on the side next to the power switch. It’s also extremely quiet. I ran db test and compared to my last system its significantly quieter. I highly recommend with product if your looking for major upgrade with an easy set up ! I give this 5 stars all around

I replaced my EVGA 550 watt with a 1000 watt. The 550 watt never gave me any issue I just needed more wattage, it still ran great after years of being on the floor. Cool, quiet, modular. You really can't beat EVGA's warranty or customer service, so it's worth investing in these even though you'll find cheaper power supplies. A 10-year warranty and peace of mind on a system that is known for quality performance make these worth every penny. I've been building PCs for 20 years and I don't think I'll ever use anything but EVGA for a psu anymore.

It's exactly what I asked for. VERY WELL built. Connector shells are very sturdy and all pins are seated and sturdy. The cables are quality top notch and the eco mode is very on par. the 850 watt super nova gold lasted me 5 years with ram gpu and the cpu all over clocked and now this supernova 1000 watt will give my rig all it needs!

I got this g6 1000w for $150 and it was a great purchase. Been powering my 4090 and 13700k for a few months now without trouble, plenty of connectors and of good quality. I can't hear this thing even when I'm trying to and gaming at 4k 144 fps, and it stays pretty cool. Never had a negative experience with EVGA, used them for my PSUs in the past 3 builds, and for all my GPUs in the past decade... until they stopped making them. :'(

I spent a few hours researching the perfect power supply. Enough wattage to support my PC, good protection to prevent damages, and high quality parts. Simply put, EVGA SUPERNOVA G6 series are Seasonic OEM. Seasonic is the leading PSU OEM. It's good IF you use it properly. Most PSU fails are from user error, not the actually PSU itself. Use the proper connectors with the proper headers in the proper orientation. If you don't know how each connectors connect, look it up. 5 minutes of research could save you hundreds of dollars in damaged products. DO NOT REUSE CABLES FROM OTHER PSU!!! This can cause melting and fires. If you are replacing your PSU, replace the cables as well. Do not ever try to reuse cables from other PSUs, unless you know exactly what you are doing. Also, disable eco mode switch on the PSU. The fans are silent and it's very important that the PSU stays cool during all times of operation.

Wish the supplied 3 PCIE without a split as most people buying this will have a GPU with 3 PCIE x8 inputs needed to use one with a split and little difficult to hide it. There is a clicking sound when the PC powers on. Looks like EVGA is shutting down soon and not sure how the 10 year warranty will be honored.

I bought this several years ago. but it is still going strong even with other upgrades to my PC. the van is silent still

Quiet, compact, modular, gold rated @ 1000 watts. My pc kept shutting off playing newer graphically intensive games. I was running a 750w evga unit w/ my 3070ti aorus which calls for 850w. Guessing the liquid cooler I added broke the camels back. Threw this 1000w psu in, it was smaller than my 750 giving me more room for cables. EVGA modular cables are generally compatible (you can check their website) so the swap only took me a few minutes. Cranked my 3070ti back to 100% power limit and let her eat! Only thing i noticed is that the fan grill on the G6 is a flimsy little aluminum piece while my G+ 750w had a nicer looking sturdier grill. Doesn't really matter, but I went to grab the power supply and felt like i was gonna crush that grill lol.

Es de un material inegablemente premium, y del tamaño exacto para caber en el mismo gabinete. No se dejen engañar por el tamaño de la caja. La fuente es del mismo tamaño que una de 750 o las demas. Viene con todos sus cables, y bien sellado. Me llegó con una pequeña hendidura pero nada de que preocuparse. Muy buen producto.

Quería comprar una de platino pero... Presupuesto jajaja pero no deja de ser una excelente fuente de poder lo único que no me gustó personalmente y esto es por la marca es el led que tiene de la E, no sabría decir si la relación calidad precio fue adecuada porque la agarré en oferta. Pero el pedido llegó en tiempo y forma entonces estoy contento con el producto.

Relatively small for 1000W (hence easy to install), more 8-pin PCie cables than you'd need for Nvidia RTX 3000s series cards, quiet. I've got no problem whatsoever with it so far.

Me encanto esta fuente ya que antes mi pc sonaba bastante los ventiladores cuando iniciaba un juego pesado, yo siempre pensé que era la tarjeta gráfica pero cuando cambié la fuente a esta de 1000w no ha vuelto a sonar ahora es totalmente silenciosa en cualquier juego.
