Specialty moving boxes like these are usually outrageously priced and cheaper ones often are of poor quality. These are the best of both worlds. I can't believe how good these boxes are. And a little hint, they are shipped in a box almost as large as the boxes are when assembled. I used that box too. It's like getting nine instead of eight. The boxes are sturdy and are easy to tape together. I used them for all sorts of flat, large items. Mostly pictures, but I packed a brass tray, a large Thanksgiving Turkey Platter, yardsticks, extra long wrapping paper, large paper tablets meant for presentations and quilting cutting mats. Basically if it's large and flat it can be packed in these. I did not have any mirrors. I did use quilts and other padding and I could still get several items in each box.

I just moved and ordered these art boxes for my fairly large collection. They were great! It took me a few minutes to figure out how to put them together, but they were strong and roomy. Plus, the box they are shipped in became a moving box for more art.

We used these for small TVs and mirrors they worked great when wrapped with blanket 1st. Gave 4 stars because they are a little flimsy if not wrapped in tape

Purchased these boxes to use for moving two large heavy mirrors and large framed art work as well. The size, sturdiness and quality is very good. I would most definitely purchase again, simply because they are much cheaper than other brands and are very adequate for the job needed.

To the point: I was in a jam to make a 2,500 mile move, and the mentioned boxes arrived quickly to help me out. Sturdy enough, was able to alter a couple of them to customize for an object, and all worked out very well. I will definitely order again if/when the need arises. The transaction was a good value.

These boxes were perfect for moving out of state and protecting my TV and vanity mirror. There was defiantly some extra space in the boxes and I'd recommend using bubble wrap or adding some blankets/clothes to make sure your items don't rattle around.
