Nice price and quality
Nice picture, and good for Netflix.

Poorly boxed
My last review was not allowed. The vendor shipped a box in tatters. Product is broken on arrival. The image was stable but the tv had a sound like my vw TDI on cold start. Minus the smoke.

Does not Support HBO Go
I bought a purportedly brand new LG SM86000. The picture is very good, but the TV not so smart. First, although advertised as “Alexa built-in,” it was not (although available as an app). Second, the smart TV does not support HBO Go (maybe even HBO) or apparently TMS, although HBO Go , but not TMS, was available by Firestick (not included). I am also concerned about the availability of lesser known cable apps like Pluto.

THE THIN Q APP NO LONGER WORKS
i BOUGHT THIS TV AND ANOTHER LG SMART TV APRIL 2020 AND IT WORKED WITH THE THIN Q APP NOW IT WON'T LG SAYS OUT OF WARRANTY OUT OF LUCK. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.
