Beautiful, Clean Sand – Perfect for My Aquarium! I recently added this sand to my freshwater tank, and it looks amazing. The grains are fine and uniform, and the bright white really makes the colors of my fish and plants pop. It feels natural but very clean, and it hasn’t clouded my water at all. It was easy to rinse and add to the tank, and 2kg was a perfect amount for my small-to-medium setup. I also appreciate that it’s suitable for both fresh and saltwater, so I know I have flexibility if I change my tank in the future. Overall, it’s high-quality, visually appealing, and has made my aquarium look much more polished. I’m really happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for fine white quartz sand.

Bought to add in acrylic paint for my art work. Nice quality - looks like sugar- mixed well for me, colour not white enough for me, more of a very light beige, so if you were buying for your fish tank and wanted white just a heads up. Would order again if needed.

It needs to be rinsed many many times as its super dusty! I can only imagine the nightmare if you just put it straight in your tank 👀🤣 Does look nice though, My tank is 100l and I have 6l of aquatic soil under the sand so if you are just using sand in a tank the same size as mine or bigger you need more bags as this wouldn't even cover the bottom more than a few mm For the price delivered this is an absolute bargain 👌 Yes I recommend it 👍

I’ve bought this same several different times for a multitude of tanks - it’s perfect honestly! Just make sure to give it a rinse first and I just three it into the tank when it was still wet and tried my best to evenly spread it about with the little aqauscaping tool thingie but I forgot what it’s called… It’s a great amount and size, the appearance and aesthetics are great, I indirectly poured the water onto the sand so the water clarity is also great, there is very little rustiness when the sand is not disturbed, the sand has a very easy ease of use when you rinse it, and cleaning ability seems to be great enough!

Great stuff! BUT remember to rinse the sand! I didn't do it thoroughly enough and my tank appeared cloudy I had to put in alot of effort to filter it back to clear again. (However that was my own fault so still 5 star! It can be used in Tropical clear water tank if anyones wondering)

Ich habe den Croci Amtra White Quartz (feiner weißer Quarz-Aquariensand, Körnung 0,1-0,7 mm, 2 kg) für mein Süßwasseraquarium gekauft und bin absolut begeistert! Der Sand ist unglaublich fein und hat eine strahlend weiße Farbe, die meinem Becken ein helles, modernes und natürliches Aussehen verleiht. Die Fische und Pflanzen kommen dadurch viel besser zur Geltung – es sieht aus wie ein kleiner Strand im Aquarium! Die Körnung ist ideal: Nicht zu grob, sodass Bodenfische wie Corydoras problemlos graben können, ohne sich zu verletzen, und nicht zu staubig beim Einbringen (nach gründlichem Spülen war das Wasser sofort klar). Besonders toll finde ich, dass der Sand nicht-toxisch ist und keine Carbonate freisetzt, was die Wasserwerte stabil hält – perfekt für Süß- und Salzwasser. Die 2 kg reichten bei mir für eine schöne Schicht in einem 60-Liter-Becken. Qualitativ hochwertig, made in Italy, und zum Preis unschlagbar. Ich kann diesen Sand uneingeschränkt empfehlen – mein Aquarium hat durch ihn einen richtigen Wow-Effekt bekommen! Kaufempfehlung: Ja, definitiv!

Good sized bag and looks great inside my aquarium.

J’ai acheté ce sable fin de quartz pour mon aquarium et je suis très satisfait du résultat ! Il est très propre et fin, parfait pour créer un fond naturel et esthétique. Mes poissons semblent à l’aise, et le sable ne trouble pas l’eau une fois bien rincé. Facile à étaler, il donne à l’aquarium un look soigné et net. 🐠 Points positifs : Très esthétique, donne un beau rendu naturel dans l’aquarium. Facile à nettoyer et à installer, ne trouble pas l’eau après rinçage. Convient bien pour poissons, crevettes et plantes. ⚠️ Points à noter : Bien rincer longuement avant usage pour éviter l’eau trouble. ✅ Conclusion : Un sable fin de quartz pratique, propre et esthétique qui met en valeur votre aquarium et plaît aux poissons. Très satisfait de mon achat !

Es muy bueno y fiel a la foto. Obviamente lo debes lavar bien al igual que cualquier cosa que vayas a meter en tu acuario.

Lo compré y me llegó al día siguiente. La arena es de muy buena calidad. Para que os hagáis una idea de lo fina que es, hice algunas fotos con los peces de fondo (un guppy bebé y una corydora, y una guppy casi adulta) y así os hagáis una idea del tamaño del grano. Había leído que los peces corydoras necesitan arena fina para no dañarse al buscar comida, y dudaba entre esta y la extra fina, pero creo que esta tiene la medida perfecta. Cada bolsa trae 5 kg de arena, tal y como indica. Adjunto fotos para que veáis más o menos cómo se ve la bolsa. Mi acuario mide 30 x 57 cm y compré solo una bolsa, pero me quedé corta (como era de esperar), ya que en las instrucciones pone claramente que para esas medidas se necesitan entre 10 y 15 kg. Mañana me llega la segunda bolsa y la añadiré la próxima semana con el cambio de agua. De momento, las plantas se mantienen bien, aunque se nota que falta algo de arena. En general, una compra muy buena. Ah, y un detalle importante: en las instrucciones recomiendan lavar la arena entre 4 y 6 veces. Yo la lavé hasta que el agua quedó como se ve en la foto (me llevó 6 lavados en total). En mi caso, la veo perfecta para mis peces, que son pequeños. 😊
