I received my dark brown easel just before Xmas ...I am just so pleased with it!........ The service I got from Lavender was excellent ,very helpful and she was a pleasure to deal with. The easel I think is excellent , very well made and looks good. I have not had the pleasure to use it outside yet as the weather needs to get better before I can do this. I will post pictures of me using it soon .

My easel arrived quickly. It is very good quality and can be adjusted to fit small spaces for indoor use. I am looking forward to using it outdoors too.

As an artist of over 25 years, i've tried many outdoor easels, all of which are geared towards canvas, oils or acrylics works, This one is amazingly intended for watercolours. Well thought out and useful. Nice size and portable. My only two criticisms, cheap wood is used and it may not be as durable as I would hope at this cost. The varnishing on mine was tatty and I've re-varnished it to help preserve the wood if it gets wet. But... best design and most useful one so far.

Voilà le chevalet de mes rêves, celui quasiment impossible à trouver enfin " presque" depuis des années recherchant un chevalet proche de celui du Maestro Josef Zbukvic. En trouvant par hasard une photo, le visuel faisait penser justement. Au chevalet de Josef Zbukvic. Et donc je passe donc commande, le chevalet arrive très bien emballé, en parfait état. Je découvre en ouvrant, un magnifique chevalet avec une belle finition conforme à la description et aux photographies. Un montage fort simple, aussi bien pour le " plein air" que pour l'atelier. Une découverte qui a fait mon Noël avec 4 mois d'avance. Une réussite de la part de cette firme professionnelle. Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un chevalet dans le style de : Josef Zbukvic, ou Daniel Marshall. Alors ce magasin et vendeur sont faits pour vous. ***** étoiles.

Das Beste was ich mir heuer zu Weihnachten geschenkt habe der Rolls-Royce unter den Feldstaffelei zum Aquarellmalen. Damit kann man schöne Kunstwerke machen kein filigran wackelt nicht würde ich nochmals kaufen eine klare Kaufempfehlung danke noch für die schnelle Lieferung

Delivered and returned to seller in less than 10 minutes. The main reason for returning; 1 of 3 legs on the tripod did not lock- making the easel utterly useless. Craftsmanship is certainnly far from top notch- braces were flat metal so srews were not flush/set. Locking mechanism on easel top was second rate and plastic palette and paint inserts smelled like I imagine chemical warfare. For that price, this easel/pochard needs considerable improvement in terms of design (too small for a 1/2 sheet of arches), crappy craftsmanship (better quality control and attention to detail), better hardware (metal braces with countersink screw holes and tripod legs with proper aluminium quick locks- plastic wont work, it needs to be like drum or photography hardware). For anyone serious about painting, I advise you to stay away from this item. A long life cannot be expected from this product.
