This product works just like the Genteal or Systane nighttime gel, and much better than these greasy ointments. I have severe dry eyes and my eyes would crust together if I don't use this. Very pleased with this product.

I have had dry eyes my entire adult life. I start with a natural tear drop then apply this product, twice a day for comfort. If I miss a dose, my eyes burn. I used a similar product made in England, where the gel is applied onto the eye(white portion), close your eyes 5 times with head tilted back. This product instructs to apply in the classic manner of lower eyelid. For me the gel would consistently fall onto my face.

They are very cool on the eye. I’m not sure what they actually do but they feel good.

I ordered because I could not find any other gel in a tube. It is definitely not perfect but better than nothing! It is a little too watery but it is soothing. It is not long lasting. But I will order it again if I cannot find anything else.

I am happy to find a gel in the US with the same ingredients as I used in Europe.

Provides some temporary relief and some lubrication for dry eyes but I'm not sure carbomer does much, if anything. A bit on the pricy side plus you must dispose of the tube once it's been open for thirty days. I have severe dry eyes; not sure I will buy again- some relief

I've been using this for some time and find it really helps my dry eye condition. Last week I took my old dog to the vet to have his eyes checked. The vet diagnosed him as suffering from dry eye. I said to the vet that I suffered from dry eye and that I used a gel for it. She asked me to email her about the gel that I used. I sent her the info and the vet phoned back to say I could use the gel for my little dog Ollie. So I am sharing my gel with him. I noticed immediate improvement in his eyes.

I find this product provides almost instant soothing relief for itchy eyes. Can result in blurred vision for a few minutes before it spreads itself into a thin film over the eye. I find it only needs a single application over a 24 hour period and only use it when needed. The short time period you can use it for once opened means it is a bit expensive for what it is.
