Small, but I think will work.
I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing about the size. It is pretty small compared to the ones I’ve seen in Drs offices. My fault for not checking size on this. Seems well made otherwise with cute beads and bright colors. It’s for my 2 yr old grandchild so I think this size will be fine. Will be keeping. It’s a Christmas gift. Edited to add that she loves it. It’s actually just her size. So I’m happy with this purchase.

Love it.! This is the second one I bought. I bought this for my 11 month old grandson he loves it. he wouldn’t let it go. If someone tried to take it from him he started pulling back the toy. I bought one for my cousins daughter and she loves it too. It’s small and easy to carry around.
