Does this controller not come with a cable to charge it?

best to have a charger for this. I bought a dual charger that works great. just push it down and when its done charging the yellow light will go off. I cant remember if it comes with a cable, but i know they are sold separately.

In the description it stated "number of batteries 1 lithium ion batteries required. " do i need to buy the battery my self, or one will be provided?

its the rechargeable battery that comes installed no further purchase required. this was a good remote.
