I cannot express what a delicious treat this is. Mild sweetness and tastes similar to honey cheerios, without the carbs. It does not spike my blood sugar, nor does it make me feel tired or too full after eating. No bad oils or unhealthy ingredients. It is just simple and amazing. I have it on auto-ship. I am so happy to have found this cereal. They have other flavors too!

Grain free and gluten free and it tastes great! What more can one ask for

We tried a box from the grocery store, not realizing that it's grain free. WTF? It's crunchy, sweet (not too sweet) and doesn't get soggy in milk. It's made from, of all things, garbanzo beans. I never would have tried it had I known. Higher protein and fiber, very low on carbs. Both the honey and cinnamon flavors are great. This multi pack is a huge bargain if you have room for 6 boxes (plus everyone else's who can't get around the garbanzo bean idea).

Has a slightly sweet taste. It is hard when you first put the milk on it. So I wait about a minute or so. I like the flavor. A+

My son and his family introduced us to the cereal which they love Three Wishes! Now we are a fan too!!! We love the taste, low in sodium and sugar. Just perfect for breakfast or a snack while traveling.

Flavor/Taste The honey flavor is tasty enough considering the desired positive attributes of this product. There is, however, a slight initial taste of something reminiscent of artificial sweeteners. Maybe I’m detecting the monk fruit or the ‘natural flavors’.... I don’t like that taste, but it isn’t so overpowering that I’d trash the cereal. Texture This cereal has an airy, crunchy texture, and it does not turn into mush once milk is added. I was pleased that it remained crunchy until I finished the serving. Satiety As with other cereals, this one is not very filling. I needed to eat several servings to feel satisfied. Price I think the product is overpriced, given the low cost ingredients. Adjusting the price would make this a more attractive option to keep amongst pantry staples. Would I buy it again? Probably not. Without a high level of satiety and a great taste, it’s not something I’d look forward to eating or overspending for it on a regular basis. However, I’d try the other flavors to find out if they are tastier before I rule out this brand altogether.

We tasted this cereal at my friend's house and my kids just absolutely loved it! When I saw how little sugar it had and how much protein, I had to buy it. It is very expensive compared to your regular cereal but I love it that my kids are getting something good into their bodies. Waiting for next Amazon Prime day to stock up on this stuff.

My son LOVES this cereal. We are grain free and finding a cereal option has been impossible...but alas, I spotted wthis one and he loves all three flavors, honey, plain and cinnamon!!! Cinnamon is my favorite! And just a FEW simple, healthy ingredients...full of protein...it's a winner... Try it!!
