I’ve been taking these for almost 1 year to help offset high cholesterol. At my last physical with labs, my cholesterol was 209 - better than ever. Why it was > 200 was because my HDL was high (a good thing) and my LDL was low (also a good thing.) My ratio was < 2.5 (a very good thing). So I will keep taking these. Also, they have no fishy taste and I find them easy to swallow.
