Review: Good product for the price paid - This is an amazing little rake/net. I did not order for a spa but for a tougher job than that. I use this net to clean my small in=ground fish pond. I originally ordered the 17 inch net without realizing how big the net was in comparison to my small pond. It did a good job but was far too bulky for a pond that is 8'x6'x41/2 feet deep. no problem because we also have an in-ground pool so I gave it to my husband to use in his pool and there, the 17" net did an excellent job. I reordered the 13" for my pond and I used it today for the first time and I am very pleased. It immediately scooped up the twigs, leaves, all debris and even the little clumps of algae that I stirred up . The net is sturdy without being bulky or heavy which is important. i am a (very old) senior citizen and only about 4'11 and I enjoy caring for the pond and the fish myself. The net is also very deep which allows me to scoop up a lot of stuff without constantly having to empty the net every other scoop which I had to do with my old net. These features as well as the lifetime guarantee gives me the peace of mind that I wont have to replace the net every two months like the others. Of course this is only day one and so we will have to see how it holds up in the Florida sun. But if it doesn't, no worry, I looked up the ProTuff products before I ordered the first net and I am confident they will stand by their product. I only wish I had looked on desertcart before buying all my other nets. Thank goodness for desertcart. I am able to find good products for reasonable prices without wasting time going from store to store. I highly recommend this net to others. Sorry for being so wordy but that justs shows how satisfied I am with this Pro Tuff net. I see now they have many products and i will certainly will order things I need from their web site. Mrs. Edward Franks Review: Now you can leaf with authority! - Not only is this the best pool leafer/rake you can buy, but they honor their lifetime warranty as well. I live in a windy area where debris is always getting into my pool. The design of the plastic leading edge of the rake actually creates a vortex that pulls debris off the bottom of the pool and away from the edge of the tile. The stiffness of the frame holds shape and the sturdiness of the net allows you to hold a bunch of leaves without destroying itself. I had this for about 5-years when the large thread that holds the seam began to unravel. While the rest of the net and frame was fine, this left a hole from which I don't know how to sew screen back together. So I contacted ProTuff and they honored their full replacement warranty. They are sending me out a new replacement at no charge. In 2022 to receive this customer service for a product is uncommon. I am now a lifelong fan of this company.
