The description says it has a 12 month warranty. How do I use that? After only 5 months of light use, one button is already malfunctioning.

My keyboard malfunctioned so much it disabled my iPad! Had to reset twice! I emailed company for support received no response. now second time and it’s over 12 months. Looking for different brand.

When you fold it into a tablet, is the keyboard exposed? Or can the keyboard be turned around - so you don’t feel the keys when using as a tablet?

So you may use the pad like if the keyboard wasn’t even there, also you turn the keyboard off or on, so you can use your iPad touch screen when you wish too, excellent product worth the money!
