Citrus Bliss Essential Oil Invigorating Blend 15 ml

I use a wonderful, concentrated, natural surface cleaner, powered by probiotics, from Everneat (on Amazon) that is scentless so I can add 20-30 drops of Citrus Bliss to my 16 oz spray bottle that I mix up with distilled water for a delicious smelling, clean, bright-feeling kitchen that helps me feel happier about having to empty out that dishwasher yet again for the day…haha! The scent is very similar to Edens Garden’ Joy synergy blend (on Amazon too) which is less costly & stronger in its citrus brightness, but doTerra’s formula has a smooth quality that keeps me coming back! Perhaps I’ll try to mix the 2 together to help cut the cost for my “kitchen clean-up duty smile fix”?

My sister had a doTERRA party and I won the drawing for the 'door prize' that included a small home-made hand balm that had this scent. I fell in luuuuuuurve. I have ordered this oil several times since. The scent is very sweet but subtle at the same time - not overpowering and pungent like some citrus aroma products can be. I have long been very fond of citrus scented things in general, and this has been one of my very favorites of all time. The citrus scents it incorporates include lemon, orange, grapefruit and tangerine that blend together wonderfully without any particular one standing out among the rest (many of these scents are offered individually if that is what you want - but I love the blend.) I used it recently as the scent for a home-made sugar scrub that I gave colleagues for Christmas, and those of them who opened it right away commented on how nice the scent was. I just got my first aromatherapy diffuser necklace, and though I just haven't had a chance to use it yet because it just came, this is the scent I plan to use in it most often, to have it with me throughout the day - in fact, I got the necklace with exactly this scent in mind for its use. If you are in to aromatherapy, I highly recommend giving this one a try! A whiff always gives me a little pick-me-up moment. As for the distributor, I have ordered from this seller repeatedly and have always been happy. It always comes quickly and with great attention to safe packaging.

One of my top 5 favorite oils for sure!!! I go through a bottle of this every couple weeks because I use it nonstop for EVERYTHING! This oil is amazing! It reminds me of an orange cream drink, only all natural! It has a yummy uplifting citrus scent mixed with dreamy vanilla. I can't get enough of this smell. I diffuse it throughout my house in the mornings, I rub it in my hands and inhale for a pick-me-up, I diffuse it in my car while driving to keep me alert and happy, I add it to my diffuser necklace to keep me perky throughout the day, I just love it! It is a must have oil! Just remember to be sure that when you order it, you select the "available from other sellers" option and choose to buy it from a seller that has their Wellness Advocate ID number posted! This will ensure that you do not receive an adulterated product!

This blend is totally different from most other essential oil blends, which is what I love about it. It doesn’t smell like a spa or a health food store or a yoga studio. It is light, fresh, subtle and sweet. It does smell like a creamsicle, or a bit like baby aspirin, or even like Ocean Potion sun lotion (original formula) if you’ve ever used that. But it’s better than that. If you put a drop of good vanilla extract on some orange zest you’d almost have it...but not quite. I love it. It’s my favorite DoTerra oil for just making things smell good. I think it’s a mood lifter. I use a banana scented leave-in hair conditioner and it’s really good added to that.

The initial citrus scent is lovely--slightly sweet and lemony. I dont know what the technical equivalent of an aftertaste in the world of scent is, but there is a very slight one in this oil. This "afterscent" reminds me of the vitamin C I take during the winter. Not a bad smell but it is a little synthetic smelling. It is slight enough that you may not notice, but I do. The main scent is lovely enough for me to enjoy it, but the afterscent cost this product one star.
