Caution does not work as advertised do not buy
Caution does not work as advertised do not buy. First off the microphone mixer does not work properly there is a delay no matter what format you use via Bluetooth or straight line into the mixer itself. As for using SD card and flash drives you will need to reformat them into a fat 32 which you need to download special application to do so and the songs need to be patched into 500 at a time into different folders as well as being a special format within themself. You will need to go onto the website and download special software and hopefully you won’t get their tech-support which will remotely go onto your computer to help you get through this lengthy process. This product is a piece of garbage and definitely not worth $250

Poor sound quality
Wasn't as good of quality as my older CAVS unit was.

Defective out of the box
This karaoke player was defective straight out of the box. Major delay between the microphone and TV. Contacted customer support who insisted I was using Bluetooth and once I told him it was only connected by HDMI, told me to just return it but would not give me a shipping label. Do not waste your money on this player. Many other reviews confirm this is a systemic problem.

cavs cd drives
I have 2 cavs 203 karaoke players and both with bad cd drives. one died 6months the other lasted around 18 months. Wrote cavs customer service twice with no response. WHY should I buy another Cavs unit? Love the sound when they worked. Can't find a replacement cd drive. Wish I could get replacement CD drives for these units.
