I always keep several jars of this on hand for our weekly curry night. It's so quick, convenient, healthy and absolutely delicious. I simmer two jars of this in a pan of diced chicken, fresh cilantro and frozen peas. Then we place it over jasmine rice. We top with a dollop of Greek yogurt and some fresh cilantro. It's heavenly. I actually just gifted two jars of this to a friend. Great product!

Delicious. I add it to my recipes like lentil soup. Will buy it again.

Flavor profile isn't what I'm used to (not bad, just different).it's a little runner than I was expecting. It's not bad though, I'm just used to homemade.

I first tried this product by purchasing it from a gourmet mail order store where it costs more. I am glad I found it here because I can’t find it locally. It’s so good with chicken or salmon and veg.

Because of the coconut milk in the sauce, I don't to use yogurt and that is good if you do not have it on hand - This is wonderful with white rice and pork and vegetables
