What kind of zipper does it have metal or plastic? Which one broke metal or plastic?

They are metal zippers. None of my zippers have broke. But it is very easy to overfill this bag. If a zipper were to break it would be the inner gourmet zipper. It splits sometimes. You will have to unzip and rezip to realign the teeth. Honestly you can just fold the gourmet bag portion closed. Zipper not needed

5 garnet piece suit would be a tight fit, if just slacks and blazer yes.

What is the difference between black2 & black3 in the color options?

The color of black2 is retro, and the black3 is fashionable. Both colors are wondeeful. You can choose according to your preference. Have a nice day
