A fantastic practical device it really works well for jam cooking!!! It fits our largest pan 12”dia. enough for 10lbs of jam. The battery easily coped with the cooking time.. The best feature is there is no burn on you get with hand stirring or spatter from boiling. Jam making was a chore it is now quicker and a pleasant task. All the bits are easy to clean after use.. I never write reviews but this clever design warrants an accolade. Roy Nelson

The battery does not last as long as specified, the plastic on top tends to lose its "shine". It was well packaged and pleasant to look at, but when i tried it on pilaf rice it got stuck. When i sent it back it took a call to Amazon so that i can get my money back after sending back the product.

Finalmente ieri sono riuscito a provare il mescolatore per un risotto ai funghi (non è proprio il periodo giusto). Si è comportato bene dall'inizio alla fine, lo abbiamo usato per una mezz'ora abbondante e non ho notato rallentamenti o difficoltà per tutto il corso della cottura. Ho rimesso in carica la batteria prima di usarlo anche se l'avevo lasciata carica. Abbiamo prima fatto soffriggere i funghi in un altro tegamino (usato poi per tenere acqua calda da aggiungere) e poi versato il tutto nella pentola col mescolatore, inserendo il mescolatore nella pentola con già i funghi temevo che qualcosa potesse rimanere bloccata sotto e quindi bruciarsi. Il risotto è venuto benissimo e l'apparecchio si lava facilmente in lavastoviglie, escluso il motore che comunque a parte un po di vapore non si è sporcato ne con schizzi ne con altro. Forse per renderlo più versatile sarebbe stato comodo avere almeno un paio di velocità, tuttavia l'unica velocità presente è una buona via di mezzo per tutto. L'unico vero problema forse è il fatto che il motore è un pochino rumoroso, ma tutto sommato accettabile. Aspetto che si rinfreschi per testarlo con la polenta...

Hago bastantes mermeladas, beixamel y otras salas y estaba cansado de tanto remover, por ahora ha funcionado perfectamente en todo lo que he hecho. La unica pega es que mientras carga no puede funcionar :-(

Man muss nur wissen für was man dieses Rührgerät kauft. Milch, Saucen, Polenta usw. sind OK. Kleine Hitze am Herd einstellen ! Nur eine Geschwindigkeit, ist aber OK, mans braucht keine langsamere. Material robust und modern .... schönes Design :-) Sehr zufrieden ! Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist super.

I bought this to slowly stir tapioca pudding. Not much resistance, just needs constant stirring for a long while to avoid burning. First of all the paddles kept folding closed as there is nothing keeping them open other than the resistance of the food. A higher rotation speed would have helped but this only has one speed: slow. Secondly, it is incapable of touching the bottom of the pot as the end of the axle (covered with silicone) sticks out 3mm past the paddles. To add insult to injury the paddle-hinges are split-pegs, where food will get in and require very careful cleaning with a toothbrush after use. If you like your food burning on the bottom of the pot and clumping against sides, this is the machine for you. For anyone who needs a machine that can actually stir the pot: look elsewhere. Edit: I have since discovered that periodically removing the device and stirring manually helps this actually function, so adding back two stars.
