Will these work with the Dymo LabelWriter 400?

The labels I just received (Dec 12, 2022) work with my LabelWriter 400 Turbo on Windows 10. I just printed off several.

Are the labels I'll receive original Dymo brand of labels as pictured in the green and black Dymo box or are they a generic brand?

they do not appear to be brand stock. No boxes came with my order, as it stated in the description. No bag, on rolls. Quality does not appear to be dymo brand. I am returning them based on the fact that the way I read the description, and saw the box, it should have been dymo. I buy dymo labels all the time and they come in a dymo box, with a black bag covering the labels inside.

Can i use these to print ups shipping labels?

I would contact UPS for the troubleshooting/configuration steps. Dymo only troubleshoots the Dymo Label software and their printers.

Can this size label be used to print postage from Paypal, or does Paypal shipping only work with the 4 x6 labels?

I don't use the Dymo to print postage (either size), 'cause I generate the 4 X 6 labels for Paypal with postage affixed there. You can use the Dymo, it is all a matter of preference and ease of use. The interface between eBay, Paypal, and the USPS has me lost from time to time. As a consequence, I find it easier to collect the data from eBay and then generate the data into a USPS 4 X 6 label. But I LOVE my Dymo dual-label printer!!!! Beside the mailing labels, I tag all sorts of stuff around the home and office, including bar coding of some inventory stuff. Just don't make a copy of the label on a copy machine as the thermal-sensitive label will turn black! hope this helps, mike michaelson in medford oregon
