Perfect replacement

The items was in seemingly great oder until I washed it for first time use. I used hot water to sterilise it and it cracked I never got to use it even once. So I have ordered two more noting now that i shall have to was in cold water or warm only and ive contacted customer service. Though she just gave me an email to write to.?? Will update .

Super deign, looks amazing sitting on the kitchen side or keeping juice cool in the fridge! Easy to use, clean and fill, beats nasty plastics any day - definitely recommend❤️

Awful, item cracked when I washed it as per the instructions. I’ve tried to contact seller and they have requested I return the broken item, I didnt retain the box and did not want to return broken glass in the post. No contact from seller to resolve things and I’m out of pocket.

This is a lightweight glass jug. A tad thin but secure enough. No the lid does not lock on but sits on the top - but this means you can turn on the tap and water flows smoothly. A different type with a secure lid means you have to unlock the lid to get the water to flow due to the vacumn. I would always prefer a metal spigot - and would pay a little extra for that option - but this seems fairly secure for the first week and no leaks - for the price - it seems sound.

I'm honestly a bit disgusted by the quality of this. The jar itself is decent enough, it fits easily on the top shelf of my fridge, and yup - keeps liquids stored and cold... but the tap fitting is plasticy, cheap, wobbly - and I can see it breaking within a couple of months regular use. Also it has a ridiculous design flaw - it doesn't pour without having to faff with a vacuum seal toggle you have to release to get the tap to work - but this is on the front, not the top - so if the jar is filled more than 3/4 full, when you release the vacuum seal, it leaks. Additionally, you can leave the tap "on", because it won't work without releasing the seal toggle - so pretty much renders the tap function useless anyway. I've got a feeling I'll use it for a long as the cheap tap holds out, but after that inevitably fails in a couple of months, it'll go on the recycling.

The spout is cheap plastic and I do not trust it to fully close so I can’t put it in my refrigerator as it is intended.

Après une première livraison qui est arrivée cassée la deuxième à suivi très rapidement et est arrivée intacte. Très belle bonbonne à eau, du beau matériel ! Le robinet fonctionne bien avec un bon débit du faite de la hauteur de la bonbonne. Belle objet de déco. Emballage trop léger pour du verre. Nous sommes très satisfait de cet achat.

Pathetic device quality and the customer service, tap is too delicate and need to be replaced frequently.
