I've been fasting occasionally for 20 years, My most common fast has been a week and the older I've gotten the harder they have gotten. What I learned from this product is that I am mineral deficient. Well I could go weeks when I was younger, I become very tired and achy around day four or five now but, 15 minutes after ingesting this with with water from a reverse osmosis remineralized filter system I had energy was no longer sore or cramping. It made the rest of The week. 100%. I listen to Dr. Berg and AI had mentioned this product as well. I will use this from now on while I'm fasting Or longer period s of time for increased benefits.

Great quality and quantity for less. Electrolytes without the sugar, so tastes salty. Personally most helpful for migraines and leg cramps.

Good stuff

I have used this on 3 occasions now for extended water only fasts. 4-5 days each time. I used to get headaches that would end my fasts prematurely. I started using this product and can now fast without headaches. I start the day with a large glass of water with one scoop and then have another scoop midday. My only complaint is that about an hour after drinking this I get diarrhea. It only happens after my salt water drink. Straight water doesn’t do that to me. Not sure why it is happening but I guess it’s better than debilitating headaches.

Excellent product. These salts work wonders in keeping your body from cramping during long term fasts. I'm not a fan of drinking salt water, however, I'm glad the manufacturer doesn't put any flavorings and taint the product with chemical additives. A little scoop is provided so you can measure out exactly what is needed for the day.

Cheapest and best quality electrolytes I've been able to find. I recently finished a 40-day water only fast, and only 1 scoop of this per day added to my half-gallon (64 oz) water kettle set to 158 degrees, allowing the heating of the water mix the electrolytes for me, was sufficient to keep my energy levels up and nausea and light-headedness way down during fasting. It suggests up to 4 scoops, but personally I find that a bit excessive, as the 1 single scoop worked for me during that extended water fast. Even after fasting, I use one scoop every morning in my early morning 64 oz water kettle set to 158 degrees to both aid peristalsis with the warm water and ensure adequate electrolyte levels that I lose during cardio and other workouts. This product is in my daily supplement regimen for overall health and well-being.

Like that it has all the Vitamins necessary for one person. the price seems fair and reasonable. Only thing is this is Literally DRINKING SEA WATER. its it Extremely Extremely Salty and Sometimes i Do not want to drink it on how Salty it is.

I don't know how anyone can say it's expensive. It's 100% salts so you're not paying for preservatives, flavourings, artificial sweeteners. I just came here to check how much sodium is in it (as I have a headache and turn to this to reverse hyponatremia). As I've been swigging this for a few days and a headache has returned I was curious. Surprised to see I bought it in 2024 - and only halfway through the packet. Compared to Nuun and High5 and other products that I used to buy this seems like great value. I probably have a headache because I was innoculated against a couple of diseases a few days ago. I will definitely be buying this product again and cannot help wondering if people who think they have migraine might not have hyponatremia as we're implored not to consume salt and exercise more. An uncomfortable combination even in cloudy weather if you're a "salty sweater" which I believe I am.
