Where do I begin. This product was such a waste of time and money that I would've watched the entire twilight series. 1. The very thin base broke into multiple pieces making everything else useless. 2. The only instructions that they give you are on a DVD disc which people hardly have on computers now these days and you'll most likely be on the internet trying to figure out how to build the damn arm which will become useless when the base or anything else breaks. The only thing that is worth the money is the modules that they give you for the brains of the arm. I truly wish that whoever wasted their money on this gets something back from it as this shouldn't even be on Amazon out of all websites.

Great project for kids wanting to learn to code.

Instead of some black metal of some kind, or even black wood, there was brown wood with red lettering on it. The instructions were bad. The material was very cheap. I wasn't expecting titanium, but particle wood that snaps at the slightest tightening of a nut is insane. I don't recommend for the money. Now, it did come with all the parts (cheap as they were). And the instructions were easy to find and download the tutorial.

This little robot is fun to build, and works well with Arduino software. My only complaints are similar to others, the plastic this robot is a little brittle and the base piece I received had a crack in it, luckily this did not effect the build. The only other issue was that it appeared that some of the holes and possibly the screws were missing or incorrect size (either that or the instructions need to be tweaked). Otherwise this is a great kit especially for the money, I even went on to add additional sensors to the arm.

excelente producto. todo vino como lo que indico la descripcion. servicio tecnico respondio a mis preguntas. muy completo el kit. facil de armar siguiendo las instrucciones. muy completo. y se puede operar con bluetooh , joysting y registra movimientos en memoria

I thought this would be a good project for me. I have no way of contacting the seller Lavin, this mechanical arm runs on a ardiuno board and software, so I contacted robotime which also handles this product, after numerous emails and screenshots they have informed me the board has the wrong chip, This has been very frustrating. The cd supplied with the kit was wrote in 2013. I still cannot contact lavin. I am 65 and disabled with parkinsons and i still would like to complete this kit

I love this very challenging. And a great way to start coding. Now the instructions aren't the most clear. So make sure to pay attention to peice orientation

México, Agosto de 2022. Debes tener cuidado al momento de quitar las piezas de las bases. La estructura es de acrílico (no de MDF como algunos comentan), te entretienes un rato armándolo y programando el brazo con cada una de las lecciones que son de gran ayuda para entender como funciona (por si quieres armar tu propio brazo robot u otro proyecto que utilice cualquiera de los modos de trabajo). En lo personal me sirve mucho ya que de aquí voy a tomar tips para enseñarle a mis estudiantes como trabajar este proyecto (de hecho salen al menos 4 practicas y un proyecto). Puedes desconectarlo de tu lap o pc, y alimentarlo con una pila de 9V o con 4 pilas AA (obvio con su respectivo portapilas y broche para arduino) para hacerlo portátil.

Considerar que los archivos sólo están en .ino y debes buscar aplicaciones extra que no está explícito en las instrucciones. Ojala y el video tutorial considerara de manera muy clara todo lo que se requiere. Tuve que usar chat gpt de apoyo

Súper fácil de armar, bien kit para ser el primer robot armado, consideró que algunas partes en el instructivo debe avisar no dar de más el torque a los tornillos ya que suelen tronar las piezas plásticas

Todo bien, pero me falto la llave para apretar, solo venía el desarmador jaja Y un poco de complicaciones al ponerle los códigos.

El producto en si, es bueno, pero algunas piezas no las incluye, aunque sean mínimas, como tornillos entre otras cosas, así como el proceso de armado por un pdf no es lo más conveniente.
