A Kid's Guide to Iceland

My 8 year old grandson read this book on the plane to Iceland and just loved it! He referenced it often during the trip.

Liked this book for our kids to get more information in an accessible way. Good for the long drives inevitable on any Iceland trip that goes beyond Reykjavik.

As an elderly couple going to Iceland in May (barring more eruptions) we thoroughly enjoyed reading this "children's" book. Such wonderful pictures and such interesting tidbits. Recommend this highly to adults as well as children.

We are (well, were) going to Iceland in April. Now pushed back to August (maybe even later, depending on the world). However, this book has been fantastic for our 12 year old to learn some about the country and it's culture prior to our vacation there. The set up offers both real and illustrated pictures/graphics, fun and curious historical information, and great blurbs about what you will see. Highly recommend.

I really wanted to like the book. It’s obvious it’s self-published and I’d love to support… however I cannot get over the quality of the book. I’m actually very surprised for the number of high reviews. The number of grammatical errors in the book is alarming to me. Some of the text and images are distorted as well, as you can see the pixels. Not to mention some of the “facts” contradict my other research.

I can’t wait to buy more books from this line.

Our grandchildren loved this book. There’s lots of very good and interesting information in it.
