Can I use this for candy melts to make chocolate covered strawberries?

No, you cannot use these with chocolate. They are water/gel based. You need "candy colors" oil based to use with chocolate or candy melts. Or use candy melts, they are oil based.

With another brand the dark blue colors in icing stain the teeth. Do they all do this?
