is this a good enzyme for breaking down fat and protein?

I haven’t used these but was looking to see if they worked for people without gallbladders since I haven’t had mine for 18 years, and had only heard about and began using digestive enzymes 3 1/2 years ago. I have tried a few different digestive enzyme brands. Zenwise, Eboost, and Bucked Up full spectrum digestive enzyme. NaturesPlus VIBRA-GEST is a new one that I am trying, it helped my heart burn better than Bucked Up. The best one that ever worked was from EBoost Your Gut Check. It was a once a day probiotic and it changed my life but sadly, they stopped making it. Since taking digestive enzymes my gut has been better, no daily diarrhea nor constipation. Are all 13 digestive enyzmes listed synthetic or natural, are they derived from foods shown on product?

All 13 digestive enzymes in our Dr. Formulated Digest+ are derived from plant sources. Most of our enzymes are grown on Aspergillus Niger which is a fungus. (Growing enzymes on Aspergillus Niger is standard for plant-based enzymes.) Does this have vitamin c?

Our Dr. Formulated Organic Digest+ does not contain added Vitamin C, so any Vitamin C in the product would be naturally occurring from the whole food ingredients, and unfortunately, we do not test for it. Therefore I cannot confirm its presence.
