Great product. Well packaged and clear instructions. Fair pricing for 180 easy to swallow capsules of three sources of zinc. We use it together with Aava labs magnesium before we go to bed and have a really good night's sleep. Has made a big difference to our wellbeing. A good company to deal with who are there to answer any questions etc., you may have. A very trustworthy family company based in Finland.

This is my, I don't know how many bottle from AAVA Labs? I love the triple zinc and have used it with some great effects. Now that Covid season is on us Zinc will play an important role in our health over winter. I couldn't recommend a better product to help in your overall health regime. No I don't work for them either. I am just a fan!

I had been using another brand of zinc for years but when this became unavailable I was looking for another option and this seemed like a good choice as it was from a brand I trust and use other supplements from and it was affordable. Aava Labs Triple Zinc contains 180 supplements which is a lot more than I've seen in other brands. I like that this lasts for 6 months as it makes it really affordable, especially I was paying nearly the same price for only a couple of months worth previously. This Triple Zinc contains three different kinds of zinc, Zinc Picolinate, Zinc Bisglycinate and Zinc Monomethionine, all of which come to 25mg of zinc. I like that this has a good amount of zinc along with 12mg of vitamin C to help with absorption. The supplements are a little smaller than the standard sized capsule and are easy to take but they do taste disgusting. So much so that it often puts me off taking one. The taste and smell of them reminds me of dry cat food. I say that but I don't actually have a cat nor have I ever eaten cat food!! I usually take one a day to improve immunity and I've not noticed much of a difference at all. I much preferred the previous zinc I had so if I still don't see much improvement by the end of the six months bottle I might switch back if it's become available again. This is disappointing as I really wanted to like these supplements as I think the brand do some great quality and effective products. I wouldn't rush to buy these again but they are good value for money for the price. Maybe they'll work better for you than they do for me.

Aavalabs are a great company, I buy their Vitamin C which is really brilliant as it's natural not synthetic. Their zinc capsules are of the same standard too. The capsules are easy to swallow and easy to break open if you wish to mix into a smoothie. Zinc is a real boost for the immune system and has certainly helped to stave off colds etc.
