I used this for my hair which was falling out due to stress which I took ashwaganda for. This worked wonderfully. My hair was shiny, had body & way less hair fall. Was on subscription, But they discontinued it. Super disappointed! My hair fall started again due to not being able to find it. Please make these again it was so worth the subscription every month.

After a serious surgery seven months ago, I noticed a distinct thinning of my hair. I’m rating this a three star so far, I’ve been taking this for close to a month and I haven’t seen any results. I am re- purchasing with the hopes I’ll finally see some kind of result, and I’ll write another review after. But so far my hair is the exact same from when I first started......so I’m adding notes as I have been taking these for a few months- in combination with my other vitamins I’ve been growth in my thinning spots, there 1-2 inches long so my hair looks a little crazy when I skin it back but I see growth so in a year I’m hoping for even more growth. Just get back ups, you take 4 a day so you will run out
