Is this weatherproof?

The SPIbelts I have are not weatherproof. I put my cell phone, and any other electronics, in a plastic bag to ensure it stays dry.

Is there just one pocket with no division? I'm worried about having my keys and phone in the same general area.

For this SPIbelt it has one pocket with no division. The pocket is designed to not bounce while running. However, if you are worried, I would suggest adding a SPIbelt solo pocket which attaches to any belt or SPIbelt to store your keys.

Does this work well when using bluetooth earbuds?

Works consistently with my AirPod Pro.

I am unsure whether to get the original size or the size with the large pocket. I have an iphone 6s and may also carry another small item.

I have the original size and carry an iPhone 6S and keys. You may want to get the bigger size if you need to add other items.
