Easy to use

Awesome BOSU!!!
I absolutely love this ball… It has been better than I even thought it would be. I bought this as an alternative for a jumping board on a Balanced Body Allegro reformer to mix things up a bit. It fits well and is stable. It comes with bands… But I already have bands and likely would never use them on a balance ball...would use dumbbells first. Overall it is well made and works well. Fun gift for someone that likes to work out.

It is a very good balance ball. As good as a brand named Bosu.

It needs air every 3 weeks or so.
I like my half ball to stand on the flat end and balance while watching TV. The only drawback is that I have to keep filling it with air about every 3 weeks. While not terrible, it would be nice to go several months.

Great addition to a gym
This has been a great addition to a home gym. I don't use the resistance bands but the ball is strong enough to support me (180 lbs) with weights when doing squats. It works well for doing ab workouts as well.

Like the sturdiness of the ball good value for your money what i wanted was more exercises you can do which i got from YouTube this is a new addition to my home gym
