ECOWALSON Waist Trainer for Women - 9/25 Steel Bones & Additional Extender Cincher Corset for Hourglass body Shaper

I am 5’11”, 180lbs and four months postpartum. I wear a size 30/US8 in jean at the moment. I found my size on the chart which would have been a size large, and decided to size down one size to a medium. I was able to secure the waist trainer on the largest hooks right away. Had I not been able to, the trainer graciously includes a size extender! The material of this waist trainer is nice and thick. The bones are rigid and hold their form, but do not restrict your movement. I feel very held in while wearing this. I am not new to waist training. I own a much more expensive waist trainer that the Kardashians were peddling a few years ago. The construction of this trainer is much higher quality. The stitching is all very neat and even. I was surprised to see that I didn’t have back fat problems while wearing this trainer- something my other trainer does cause. I feel very confident wearing this under most outfits when I go out. I’m so happy with my purchase. Will gladly repurchase in a smaller size when needed.

It fits exactly how I wanted it too. I got the 9 steel bones waist trainer. Its not really comfy but not steel bone waist trainer is. I did size my down for a more snatched look. But I could still breath so don't size down to much. I was 212lbs when I purchased this in a medium and it was pretty tight the first week. Was very hard to stretch for the first wear but after a couple of weeks of wearing. It started to be a ease of getting on and off. Became more loose over time. I recently lost 15 pounds so now I'm 198 and i was able to get the waist trainer without the extension! But I achieved that by exercising and eating right. I did/do notice my getting a hour glass figure. With time and patience ladies.....with time and patience!

Be prepared for a little trial and error to find your perfect fit!

I have bought so many differnt waist trainers since I started to gain weight and now loose weight. I never had hips really so getting a belly which has now become just soft and loose made me self conscious. I wear corsets but that’s to much for every day. Some trainers were to short or didn’t hold long. One I liked and bought a few times kept breaking because the stitching in the latex would loosen the boning jabbing into my skin after a couple months. This happened while in the uk and I ordered one but the only one they had was the breathable one. It worked amazing. I even started seeing my waist get smaller. I now had to buy one back in America because I needed another size down. With more options here I ordered the heavier fabric one because I wear it every day all day. My waist has lost several inches with no exercise other than walking. It’s the best shaper hands down.

I love this thing! Back pain? Gone! Posture? Corrected! Waist? MF SNATCHED! And it comes with an extender which really puts it in its own lane. I’ve had mine for about a month (daily, 12-14 hours) and used the extender until I didn’t need it anymore. Now I’m between the first and second hook. The only thing that bugs me is this nagging question. Is it really shrinking my waist or am I stretching it out? 🙁😂. Either way when I wear it I look good and feel good. That’s all that matters plus it barely shows underneath regular clothes.

I am 5.7” and 140Ib and my waist size is 30”. My size according to this chart is ”Large” but I ordered ”Medium” and its fit on me with the extended part. material is so good not stretchy as I expected. I received it one day after I ordered it, wonderful delivery. The only problem that l had was I feel itching when l wore it and so Uncomfortable, I don't know what was the problem but probably l am sensitive to the material. I got so disappointed because I love this waist training. I do recommend everyone to buy it maybe you don't have the same problem that I had and if you don't l am sure that you will love it.

Perfect for a beginner like me! Super comfortable, not too hard to figure out how to squeeze in it, and helpful tips in other reviews here (such as next wear this without a Cammy or something between you and the corset). Cant wait to be able to feel confident in dresses again =D

Definitely not the right shape for people with curves or larger hips

I absolutely love this product. It came early in the mail as well! Wasn’t supposed to arrive till September 4th! Super happy about that. I got a size M and it is too small for me, using the extender made it so I can wear it, it just fits a bit snug. I’m 5’3, 165lbs, it’s super comfortable and I can’t wait to see results!

If you wear it properly and often you really do see your stomach and waist just get smaller and helps with posture since I got bigger breast and keeps the spin aligned.

Me gusto mucho este tipo de fajas solo que me guíe mal a la hora de escoger una talla ya que en ciertos comentarios decía que venía amplia con la línea extra que trae, yo la uso en mi casa y en mi trabajo y apesar que le puse 3 extras ya deje una línea. Muy resistente
