Can I rotate this device if the outlet is in the wrong direction?

The product has to be upright. If necessary, rotate the PLUG so the product is upright. The fragrance oil will leak out of the product if it is on its side or upside down. The Febreze Team

If I have it on high setting how long will it last?

I’ve been using mine for about a year now and i timed it for several months and found out that on high it doesn’t last 50 days but it lasts approximately 41 days which is adequate for me! 😇
