Great handle
I use this handle at my 24hr fitness all the time, other people look over hoping to borrow this handle for tricep pushdowns...nope I say. Just make sure you tell management it's yours before using it.

Solid build and nice appearance, but comfort needs improvement
These Yes4All cable machine attachments look nice and have a solid build. The size is just right for my setup, and the built-in hook lets them fit on my wall rack for convenient storage. The workouts I get from them are a definite plus. Comfort, however, isn’t there. The flat bottoms rub against my hands and leave indentations during use. Padding in those areas would make a big difference, especially during longer sets. The weight feels just right and makes the operation use almost perfect if the padding was a little better. Overall, I appreciate the appearance, build quality, size, and easy storage, but the hand comfort needs improvement.

Solid and well made
This tricep bar is solid and well made. I use it for close grip hammer curls as well as tricep pressdowns. The welds are solid and well finished. I have taken this only through two workouts so far and it has held up well. I look to many years with this bar and I am impressed with it. The rubber grips are affixed and comfortable. What more to say. It is a solid (not hollow) peice of steel for you to use, abuse and grow stronger. A good buy.
