I bought a pair of these earbuds in April and love the sound qualify. Pairing was easy and lasted about 4 hours per charge. The right earbud failed in November after about 3 dozen uses. I contacted the seller and did some tests to confirm the bad earbud for them. They sent another updated & tested pair out quickly. Would buy these again for their sound quality and customer service support.

Ordered two pairs for my kids, so they can shoot hoops without the phone in their pockets. Only one pair had the charging case that’s worked the second pair the case wouldn’t charge but would in the other case....emailed company and the sent out replacements. And I had them in 3 days! Super helpful and quick to respond. These also fit great in my kids ears(ages 6, 9) they never fall out and the kids can hardly hear me. Will keep these as a favorite when we need new ones! Would highly recommend!!!!!

Easy to set up and use. Worked right out the box. Sounds great. Bass is heavy but sounds good. Calls work good on these and you can use just one earbud at a time to make a call. Over all worth it for the $.

The sound quality and noise cancellation are great, but the speakers absolutely suck. Every time I try to hold a phone conversation with my earbuds in, no one can hear me. They say it's like the phone is very far from me even though i have the earbud in correctly and phone close to my mouth. At first, this seemed like a non-issue since I just wanted wireless buds for the gym, but now it's very inconvenient to switch my blue-tooth on and off constantly because I use them a lot throughout the day. Also, not that seamless of a connection. I frequently have to re-do the connection to my phone, laptop, and tablet. Minor inconvenience, but inconvenient nonetheless. I believe I spent around $20 for these, so issues are to be expected. I didn't want to be heartless and give them less than 3 stars because they do what they were originally purchased for.

Right Earbud non-operational upon arrival. The company made it right ASAP, noise-canceling is impressive as is carrying case, slight static in buds upon jostling. Very good for such a low price.

Ok so I thought these were ok at first but now I think they are terrible. I bought these because I had a pair of wireless earbuds that one had stopped working so I only had one working earbud. I bought these to replace them but the problem with these is that you can’t connect both earbuds as one! They connect through Bluetooth separately but can be connected at the same time. But when I listen to music or anything I can only listen in one ear! I tried everything but there is no way to fix it. These were cheap and the sound is ok, but just not worth it honestly.

Quality of the earbuds exceeds my expectations by far. Are you getting Bose, Apple or Samsung quality, well no... but are you getting a decent pair of sounding headphones at a great price, Yes! They are very on par with my skull candy wireless ear buds and with a better smaller case in my opinion. For those asking question about adjusting the volume I found a fast double tap will increase or decrease sound depending on what earbud you tap on and a slow double tap with skip songs.
