This is the queso i was looking for.
Soooo, ad some of you may know, Costco stopped carrying the Que Bueno nachos sauce in stores. I was VERY bummed because it is a family tradition. I ended up g a thing the Que Bueno Jalapeño cheese sauce bur it is NOT the same. It tasted like plastic with a touch of Jalapeño juice. This one, however, is delicious. It is almost exactly like the one costco used to carry but it a tiny different. The fact that there is no dyes is fantastic. I would whole heartedly recommend and plan on bringing this to my family's next holiday party, so we can relive the tradition!!

Easy to make queso, we add green chilis, and milk to thin it out, as it is quite thick, reheats well, goes great over nachos, fair value for your money, not as good of quality as a frozen queso option

Makes for Great Nachos!
A great tasting Queso Sauce for your nachos. At a recent event that we hosted, we served this at our Nacho Bar. We got nothing but rave reviews from our attendees. Would recommend serving this at your events. Perfect amount of spiciness for your chips.

Excellent queso.
The wife and I had to try this out immediately after receiving it. It's extra thick in the can, and barely thins out when heated. Overall we both loved the flavor. Cheese sauce with a slight jalapeno flavor that's spiced just right. It doesn't seem too hot at first, but the more you eat the warmer it gets. There are tiny little pieces of jalapenos in the sauce and if you get a bite that has a larger piece, or three or four smaller pieces, that particular bite can be pretty warm. Overall though we would consider this to be a mild queso. We're not too fond of overly hot, or spiced foods, but we found this cheese sauce to be really good, and will be buying it again. Also, one gallon of cheese sauce is A LOT of queso! We took out what we wanted, and then bagged and vacuum sealed the rest, and then put the bags in the freezer for later.
