Delivered on time. The macbook pro 16 inch is in a very good state “refurbished excellent condition”. Nothing to say. Just a scratch but you almost can’t see it on the corner. Display in perfect condition and everything working fine! 5🌟

After receiving this item in poor working condition, (it was constantly restarting and the speaker was making an extremely loud humming noise) I tried to claim for a refund which was accepted by Amazon. However a day after receiving my return, they sent me a replacement. I refused the replacement and was told by this company that they couldn't issue a refund because I was out of the 1 month warranty period by a week or 2. (1 month warranty is a bit poor for a £1300 item in my opinion anyway). After explaining to Amazon customer care what had happened they said they will speak to the seller. Not long after, the seller sent me a photo of a similar item with a big chunk missing out of the lid, saying that they couldn't give a refund because I had damaged it. If they had received it damaged then why send me a replacement? Luckily I had video recorded my wife packaging up the item in aesthetically good condition and without the damage that they had accused me of. Thankfully Amazon saw the video and the tracking email from the seller anouncing they were sending a replacement and issued a full refund.

After an initial mix up where the seller sent the wrong item, this was resolved fairly quickly and I received the right model last week. I’m upgrading from a 13” model so this is a lovely piece of hardware and a big step up for my work flow as the 16” screen size will make working so much easier! Apple have reverted back to their butterfly keys again so the keyboard is a joy to use compared with the previous (early 2019) 15” model. Other improvements are the bigger screen, less bevels and the ESC key is back! Makes a big difference, despite it seeming like small incremental changes. I’m looking forward to using it. Note: as this is an Amazon Renewed purchase, the machines are slight seconds so may have some cosmetic imperfections, but they are very minor and in no way impede the performance of the laptop. My advice would also be to check the spec when you receive the item and contact the seller via Amazon if you have any questions as he’s quick to respond. The seller was very helpful when I realised I had been sent the wrong model by mistake and paid for the return of the wrong item when he sent me the right one. Good customer service 👍🏼

Quality and appearance of This mac book is really impressive but something was mistake from the seller i orderd mac book pro of 1tb memory but received by mistake 512 gb mac book, but later on mater was resolved

This laptop is potentially excellent value. Unfortunately it came with a user pre-installed - Apple products should be factory reset before selling on. Additionally the email and password required for a proper factory reset were not supplied and therefore has made this product unusable. Very, very Disappointing. I have lost faith now in buying any Apple product from Amazon as a result of this as now I have to loose money in returning the product. Learned the hard way. Pay more but have it Apple certified One wonders why it has not been Factory Reset? And one wonders if "inspected by experts" actually means anything and if they actually know what they are doing to supply it without a factory reset.

I had a lot of problems using it, the appearance of the Mac was not good, a lot of dust. I returned it and got my money back.
