Why does it not get fully hot? I know it's slower but it never gets hot enough to scramble eggs after 20 mins

I was dissapointed as I had purchased the ring so that I could use my jam pan, but it definitely does not heat well and so still cannot use my jam pan as the jam has to reach a particular heat to set. I do not use for anything else as the heat temperature is poor.

Can I put clay pot on this plate ? Thank you !

I haven’t tried a clay pot but I see no reason why this shouldn’t work. The induction hob will heat the Diffuser Ring Plate so this will enable a non magnetic pot to be heated by an induction hob.

Could it be used on wood burner top?

It could but its rubbish and you can just put a pan on a wood burner top

I have a induction stove in my kitchen but none of my pans work on it. Will buying this product solve my problem?

The diffusion plate is perfect if you have an individual item not suitable for an induction hob and for occasional use but I am not so sure that it would be good for a whole set of saucepans.
