I have now installed four of these and I am completely satisfied. The materials look good and are functioning as expected. Easy to adjust and easy to install. Although we are in the early stage of use I expect that we will continue to be very satisfied.

Very easy to install. The adjustable roller is perfect and keeps the door from swinging out.

I wish I knew about this before, I installed a barn door several years ago but always had issues with the door swinging out. Since purchasing this floor guide that solved that issue. The sturdiness and quality is perfect. It has a size adjustment and this is a great value for the amount of money. I’m glad I bought this for my door.

Has a few design flaws. It's difficult putting the bottom screw in without taking the roller off. Unfortunately once you take the roller off and screw it in it's hard to put the roller back on because the adjustment nut goes underneath.

This really works for the barn door very happy with it makes it roll smooth

This product works so much better than the hardware that came with the door. It glides easily and helps keep the door on the track. It was very easy to install and it looks nice. I was worried about it being large and bulky but it isn’t and we have had no issues running into it or anything.

The store-bought barn door did not sit straight without tracks, no matter what we trued to tighten. Until I stumbled on this little device. The installation was a breeze. The bracket looked sturdy. The door all of the sudden was straight and stable. And it is like this for a year already.
