Works for breast pain!

I purchased this as a supplement during menopause. I was noticing drier skin in all areas. After some research I found that this could has been used as a supplement during this time of change and let me tell you it was right! It has really helped my dry skin in ALL areas ( if you know what I mean) and I've gotten so many compliments on my face telling me I'm radiating! I'm 44 and live in a very dry climate on top of hormonal changes. I live by this product. I went without it for over a week as I forgot to order me another bottle and could really tell the difference. I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night for good coverage. Hope this helps someone else who is also experiencing similar issues.

This is the best EP that I've used in years. I love how the encapsulation is not pick or bovine gelatin, encouraged my gut and nervous system to absorb it without all of the ticks and discomfort. It has been written that EP can increase dopamine, as to much of this hormone is said to why some suffer with schizophrenia, as I find for myself when I take EP in a higher dose beyond 500 mg, I get very startled when people approach as if the frequency of my nervous system has been turned up extremely high, so please be mindful in finding which dosage works best for you. I'd really like to experience this coming in lower dosages than 500 mg, as I'm drawn to try just taking half of the capsule starting today...🤔 Also there is no transit taste and in taking the entire capsule, they really go down easy and from my experience, better taken at night, pairing well with Wild Yam, Black Cohosh, Red Clover, Sage and Vitex...✌🏽🍀✌🏽 -1 Star in desire of lower dosage...☺️☺️☺️

Ok all you periwinkle/menopause woman out there who are just dying and desperate to help your ugly 13 year old breakout’s go AWAY! When NOTHING has worked…well this stuff is absolutely a game changer!!! I have tried everything!!!!! And I mean, everything you can imagine, 50 different face washes, supplements…I got weak and went on chat gpt because I was desperate at this point my acne was so bad!!! And it mentioned to add an evening primrose oil, and this stuff has shown results in as little as 5 days!!! And I am a picker!!!! My face looks great, and you can even break these gel tablets open and put them on your face for your skin care routine! Don’t think about it…. This works! Take first thing in the morning after a light meal so your body absorbs it better!

I think it's well worth it for health reasons.
