Hard to find 1 mg copper. This is perfect!
It’s surprisingly hard to find a good-quality copper supplement at just 1 mg, since most are 2 mg or higher. This makes it much easier to dial things in and balance copper and zinc properly through the week. No issues with tolerance, easy to take, and clearly labeled. Exactly what I was looking for and would definitely buy again.

Stringer nails and hair!
I have had thin nails and fine hair my whole life. My nails are strong now, and I started regrowing hair. I also stopped taking iron pills! I am wondering if my iron deficiency was due to my copper deficiency all along. I did testing for my copper so I feel it is safe to take daily. It’s also a low amount compared to others.
