Great product at an affordable price.

No smell, no taste and easy to swallow. Only been taking these for a week and my joints feel better already!

I started taking collagen to help with recovery for endurance events. These are good quality capsules for a decent price. I've been taking these for about a year and will continue to do so. I'm not sure if any supplements make that much of a difference, however I haven't had any serious injuries (touch wood) since upping my training distances and that for me is reason enough to keep taking them.

I researched collagen before buying a product and this one had all 3 important collagens in it plus vitamin C to aid absorption. The price was good too at £10 for a six week supply. Ive only been taking it daily for about 2 weeks, but the effect is starting to show slowly. The main plus up to now is that my nails are stronger and have grown faster than I can ever remember. My knee joint pain also appears to be slightly better too. I am hoping that with continued use, my joint pain continues to decrease. Up to now, I am very impressed

3 days after starring to take them, I had to cut my nails because they were growing like crazy. A week in: dry skin on my hands has improved, my face looks healthier, but most importantly my dodgy hip has stopped bothering me. Yes, you have to take 4 large capsules a day, but despite the size they are easy to swallow, with no aftertaste. They have a mixture of types of collagen and include vitamin C which your body needs to use it. Some of the cheap versions only have one type of collagen and no vit C - you get what you pay for and I will happily continue to pay for these results. These actually work.

I waited to write a review until I’d been taking for a couple of months in order to give the product time. I can honestly say it has started to work. I’m getting nowhere near the pain in my hip and hands and I am sleeping better because of this. So definitely the right product for me. Hopefully will get even better over time

I did not realise you need to take 4 tablets for a very low dose. It has less than the daily recommended amount which is 25000mg. Most say you need at least 5000mg to see real results. I know some on the reviews have seen results, but the low dosage let's the product down for me. The only positive thing is it does have vitamin c which helps it be absorbed and it has a variety of collagen in one product. I struggled to find a product which had type 2 collagen like this product, hence why I gave it 3 stars.
