Best flour for making pasta
We like making our own pasta, and have tried several types of flour, most being domestic. A while back I read an article about how the flours processed in Europe are much better than here in the US. I read several reviews and all seem to point towards Molino Antimo Caputo Napoli flours. While this review is for the Semola Flour, I've also purchased the '00' Flour + Semola Flour combo. Right away when scooping out the flour, I could see a big difference. It is ground much finer and is not coarse like other brands. In making the pasta, it works so much better. And, it is healthier as well. Granted, it's kind of pricey, but if you really like a good pasta, there isn't much question. Use it and you will be much happier.

Super fine flour, when you mix it with regular white flour, it makes the best rustic bread I've had! Wonderful for pastas as well!

worms in the flour
There was worms in all the six packages. Some of them were alive and some of them were dead.

Normally great - arrived damaged once.
Normally a great item and will definitely buy again but the item came this time with one of the packets of Semolina ripped open and spilling flour in the box. This is the first time this has happened, so maybe just a rare fluke, but wanted to mention so the seller is aware.
